Kelsay Advisory Group was founded by Jessica Kelsay, MBA, EA, a seasoned financial professional with over 15 years of experience in accounting, tax, and business advisory services. Throughout her career, Jessica has been passionate about helping business owners, management teams, boards, and individuals gain clarity in their financial picture and move confidently toward their goals.
With a strong foundation in both technical expertise and strategic advisory, Jessica has built her practice around one core belief: clients deserve more than compliance—they deserve insight, direction, and results.
Beyond her professional work, Jessica is a dedicated wife to her husband, Scott, and a proud mother of five. Her family is at the heart of everything she does, and she values the balance between professional excellence and meaningful personal time.
When she is not working with clients, Jessica enjoys being outdoors, spending time at the beach, exploring nature trails, and cheering on her kids from the sidelines of their activities.

Scott Kelsay (Managing Director)
Kelsay Advisory Group is strengthened by the leadership of Scott Kelsay, our Managing Director, who plays a key role in supporting the firm’s operations, strategy, and long-term growth. Scott works closely with the team to ensure clients receive a high level of service, responsiveness, and consistency across every engagement.
In his role, Scott focuses on building structure, efficiency, and alignment within the firm—helping ensure that advisory services are delivered with clarity, precision, and professionalism. His leadership supports the firm’s commitment to providing a seamless client experience from initial consultation through ongoing advisory relationships.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Scott values time with family and enjoys an active lifestyle. He appreciates time outdoors, staying engaged in his community, and being present for his children’s activities and milestones.

Emma Stohry, A.A.S (Accounting Associate)
Emma Stohry is an Accounting Associate at Kelsay Advisory Group, where she supports the day-to-day accounting operations for our clients with accuracy, consistency, and care. She plays an important role in helping ensure financial data is organized, reliable, and delivered in a way that supports confident decision-making.
Emma is detail-oriented and highly focused on providing dependable support across a variety of accounting and reporting needs. Her work contributes to maintaining strong financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting the overall efficiency of client engagements.
